By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During sales, promotional events, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may extend to 5–7 business days.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the United States.
After processing, standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the carrier.
Important Shipping Information:
- Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
- Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, The Ivy Experience is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- If a package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), please contact us so we can assist with filing a carrier claim.
Express Shipping Policy
Selecting express shipping at checkout speeds up delivery time only, not processing time.
All orders — including express — remain subject to our standard 2–5 business day processing period before shipment.
Express shipping applies once your order has been fulfilled and handed over to the carrier.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Due to our fast fulfillment process, orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled once they are placed.
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the hygienic nature of our products and strict quality control standards, all sales are final on:
- Raw hair bundles
- Virgin hair bundles
- Closures and frontals
- Lashes
- Lip gloss and lip liners
We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an item is received damaged or an error occurred on our end.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery at:

Please include:
- Full name
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of original packaging
Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging.
If approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Product Disclaimer
Our raw and virgin hair is 100% natural. Variations in texture pattern, tone, or density are normal and reflect authentic luxury hair. These natural variations are not defects.
Professional installation and proper maintenance are strongly recommended to maintain longevity.
