No Chargebacks & Fraud Protection Policy
The Ivy Experience maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent disputes and chargebacks.
By completing your purchase, you agree to contact us first at theivyexperienceshop@gmail.com to resolve any issue before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider.
We actively submit the following evidence to financial institutions in response to disputes:
- Order confirmations
- Billing verification
- IP address records
- Tracking numbers
- Delivery confirmation
- Signature confirmation (when applicable)
Filing a false chargeback for a delivered order is considered fraudulent activity.
Customers who initiate unjustified chargebacks will be permanently banned from future purchases and may be reported to the appropriate financial institutions.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that appears high-risk or fraudulent.
